1/9-1/16 update

1/9 - recovery
1/10 - recover again
1/11 - 45 min dryland; 80 min on ice (relays)
1/12 - 60 min abs workout (2x30 crunches, 2xplank(each pos), 2x100 leg ups, 2x100 side ups, 2x20 push-ups, 2x70 bicycles)
1/13 - recovery
1/14 - 6 mile jog
1/15 - 45 min dryland; 80 min on ice; light 60 min inline session
1/16 - 20 min jog; leg workout (static stretching, basic pos., 3x1 min cushions (each leg))

Cushions on 1/16 had my muscles shaking.
Will add more focus to sprints and cushions this week.
