- indoor inline practice; lasted just over half the practice; felt like crap
- could not keep up, legs felt like jelly
monday, december 20
- dryland workout with ice club
- low walk killed my legs, left hurting
- artistic club xmas party - skated a lot (tag with the kids, races, games) - prolly skated 2 hours
tuesday, december 21
- recovery - felt REALLY necesseary after monday's dryland
wednesday, december 22
- 60 min dryland (more low walks, not as much pain)
- 80 min on ice. Felt strong; starts were good; straightaways still suck
