december 14 2010 update

friday - december 10th - legs
  • 10 minute warmup on bike
  • super circuit x1
    • basic position getting easier to hold for 1 min
    • dry skating still difficult
    • feeling stronger on single leg lifts in basic position 
  • 15 minute cooldown on bike
saturday - december 11th - recovery day
  • 20 minutes static stretching
sunday - december 12th - 2 hour indoor inline practice (noticed i have gained 5 pounds and my pants are a bit tighter)
  • 50 lap warmup (back starting bothering me about 30 laps in)
  • 30 min push drill (big time quad lactic acid pain)
  • outside edge straightaway exercise (easy on inlines, not so much on ice blades)
  • 10 minute cooldown stretch
monday - december 13th - 80 minute ice practice
  • 30 min dryland warmups
  • 80 minutes on ice (felt tired, legs felt stiff, could only skate a few laps at a time)
tuesday - december 14th - recovery day
  • 20 minutes static stretching - legs feeling better, still a little stiff
